Cookie policy

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses as few as possible, and anything optional only loads once you have agreed to it.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

Essential cookies and storage

These are needed for the site to work, so they do not require your consent:

  • Committee sign in. When a committee member signs in, a secure session cookie and browser storage entry keep them signed in while they update the noticeboard.
  • Security. A token is used to protect forms on the site from cross site request forgery.
  • Your cookie choice. We store your answer to the cookie banner in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit.

Optional cookies from third parties

Two sections of the site are provided by other companies and set their own cookies. They stay switched off, behind a placeholder, until you choose "Allow all cookies":

  • Facebook page section. Provided by Meta. When loaded it can set Meta cookies and share your IP address with Meta, which may be linked to your Facebook account if you have one.
  • Google Maps. Provided by Google. When loaded it can set Google cookies and share your IP address with Google.

We have no control over these cookies. You can always view the same content directly on the Facebook page or in Google Maps instead, without loading anything into this site.

No analytics or advertising

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking or profiling tools on this website.

Changing your mind

Use the button below to clear your choice and show the cookie banner again. You can also delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies will stop committee sign in from working.
